The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. We were only a few steps away from the beach, and a short walk from the train station. This made it easy to explore the area at our leisure. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any inquiry. The breakfast had a great selection of food and was enjoyable.
The hotel's furnishings were a bit older, but this added to the hotel's charm. However, the lack of wifi connectivity in our room was a downside.

Staying during Christmas here has been a great decision! the hotel is located in the heart of the town with easy access to everything. the staff was accommodating and the room was clean. the breakfast was abundant and unlimited coffee and cappuccino were available. Plus, the panoramic view of the sea from the room was fantastic!
the room was very cold and it was an unpleasant experience.

The hotel's proximity to the sea is an absolute delight, providing exceptional views of the coastline. One can easily access the restaurants and enjoy the beach activities. the service is praiseworthy, with clean and comfortable bedding available. the delicious breakfast, accessible cupboard for clothes, and responsive staff made the stay enjoyable.
The rooms lack modern furnishings and could use an update.

We loved our stay just outside of Cinque Terre. Easy and cheap train transportation. Nice staff, authentic building, and fresh focaccia nearby. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Bonassola is a quieter, less touristy location for visiting Cinque Terre.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
